Depending on the allegations, Endangerment can be charged as a class six (6) felony or a class one (1) misdemeanor. To be charged with endangerment as a class one (1) misdemeanor there needs to be an allegation of a person recklessly endangering another person with a substantial risk of imminent death or physical injury.
